LONG before supermarkets littered towns and suburbs alike the daily shop had a more relaxed approach.
These photographs were sent in by Rita Oak, nee North, who said: "The shop was my great grandfather's shop in Ashburnham Road and the other photograph is my grandfather Thomas Edward Swaffer with his father delivering the bread."
